Eyebooked Portal gives you access to Sales and Transaction reports which allow you to monitor your online sales revenue from appointment booking. The reports are read only and you cannot make any changes to the sales or transactions. If you have a Premium or Enterprise subscription you get full control over your sales and transactions using the Eyebooked Sales module. You can access this from the main menu.
Sales report
To view the sales report, from the main menu select Sales then Sales Summary.
Transaction report
To open the transactions report from the main menu select Sales then Transactions.
Sales Payment Provider
In the Getting started with Eyebooked tutorial series, you saw how to set up a payment service provider. Once your payment provider is set up you can view the status and also open the stripe console from this page. Please note disconnecting your payment service provider account does not close the account. You need to do this directly on the Stripe console.
